Terminal cursor disappears

Describe the bug
Terminal cursor disappears when cancel select from multiple results.

To Reproduce
Preconditions:
Have following directory structure:

~/test/ab
~/test/ac
cd test

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Execute command y a
2. Appears: "Multiple possibilities found!"
3. Press Ctrl+C
4. Multiple result selector closes. Terminal cursor becomes invisible

Expected behavior
Multiple result selector closes, terminal cursor is visible, and blinking.

I can reproduce this, but it seems like this issue is coming from the crate I use for the dialog.
See console-rs/dialoguer#188

There should also be a workaround here console-rs/dialoguer#77, I'll look into that.

In the meantime, you can switch out the dialog system with e.g. fzf like this: eval "$(lacy init bash --custom-fuzzy fzf)".

This keeps the cursor visible.
