Link styling and behavior

- [ ] Nice link styling for card description: even just blank underlined text is ok
- [ ] All links should open in new window and pause playback: eg, all links should have class ('no-play' or something) added to them and when a card is clicked, if that class is present on the this, toggle to "pause" regardless of state
