Game doesn't run after BepInEx installation

I followed the installation instructions for gib, and it gave the following message:

Subnautica.app running...
Subnautica.app closed.

Successfully detected BepInEx running!

However, when I open the game it simply crashes immediately. I am using Mac M2 and the latest version of BepInEx for Subnautica (tried some older versions bun ran into the same issue).

Was the game from Steam, Epic, or somewhere else?

I assume it was probably Epic Games Launcher. I have recently been made aware of this happening on that specific platform. I have a potential fix in the works. If you let me know if you are using an Epic Games Launcher copy of the game I will update you when it is ready.
