Fix a display issue

I made some changes to the Cybernoid BASIC program to fix a display issue with attenuation values showing trailing “0” if the value is increased to 10 and then reduced to below 10.

Sorry, I should have just raised the issue myself. The 650 line change has an additional semicolon on the end which keeps the cursor position on the line. The other two line changes is to print a space to clear the trailing "0" which remains when the value decreases from 10 to 9. It needs to be on two separate lines because of the inverse / normal treatment for selected/non selected lines.
