Add Cybernoid loading screen to distro

Steve Nickolas created this HGR image of the Spectrum version of the Cybernoid loading screen: cynoidgx.zip and gave me permission to add it to the music disk.

He also said:

The music player code is org'ed at $6000, so this works nicely with the HGR screen at $2000-$3FFF.

Perhaps add an extra option (eg. 3) to show the loading screen, and then any key to switch back to the text.
