Idea for filtering out input files

Awesome tool! I'm using it for quickly turning my ComfyUI custom nodes into a searchable md and then uploading that to a custom GPT as a form of interactive documentation.

One idea for improvement is to allow for some kind of filtering list, or the ability to upload a file like .autoignore which will skip adding certain files or folders in a github repo to the final output.md.
