Create IOS client to match the Android functionality

Currently we only have an Android native app. This issue is to track the initial development of an IOS app with the same functionality. Once this issue is complete we will begin tracking at a feature level. For now the initial development effort will be just matching what the capabilities are in the Android version.

NOTE: Once the React Native application is available it will supersede the TrailCurrentAndroidApp. That way we have one codebase for all native platforms.
