Add DIP switch, and 120 Ohm resistor to EDA for PDM #1
Description
The PDM needs a DIP switch that allows for two things. The first DIP switch will be used to set the 120 Ohm onboard CAN Bus termination to true or false. This will allow for direct connections between the PDM and an 8 button panel for users who simply want to directly control PDM devices then later expand their TrailCurrent network.
The other 3 dip switches will be used to set the "Address" of the PDM allowing for up to 7 PDMs which is a total of 56 controllable devices.
