Change firmware release script

Generating the releases JSONs was ported to a different repo.

There should be a new script which:

• copies the binaries from the signed directory in trezor-suite-firmware-releases repo
  • same for translations
• renames the binaries according to the naming convention in this repo, trezor-<model>-<version>(-bitcoinonly)?.bin
• copies the release JSONs

In addition:

• let's use uv instead of Poetry (if needed)
• check whether the big releases.json is even necessary from now on, e.g. for T3W1 since Suite doesn't use anymore
