Hi — I'd like to start contributing and am requesting a vouch so I can open PRs.

To make this concrete rather than just asking: I went through parts of the codebase and filed three verified, self-contained bugs, each with the root cause and a minimal fix:

• Fair-queue #weightedShuffle never decrements totalWeight, biasing env ordering when biases are enabled #4001 — #weightedShuffle never decrements totalWeight (the two sibling selection methods do), biasing env ordering when fair-queue biases are enabled.
• Replication client uses wrong Postgres-epoch constant (946080000000, 7 days short) #4002 — replication client uses the wrong Postgres-epoch constant (946080000000, 7 days short of 946684800000); pgoutput.ts has the correct value.
• setGithubActionsOutputAndEnvVars writes GITHUB_ENV/GITHUB_OUTPUT entries without a trailing newline #4003 — setGithubActionsOutputAndEnvVars writes GITHUB_ENV/GITHUB_OUTPUT entries without a trailing newline, so the last line can concatenate with a following append.

Each is a small fix in a vitest-equipped package, so I can include a red→green test with the PR. Happy to open one PR per issue as soon as I'm vouched. Thanks!
