Add SKILL.md for Logic Pro

Logic Pro is the most-requested missing skill (from r/macapps + Reddit DMs).

The job: author a Skills/logic-pro-basics/SKILL.md following Skills/SPEC.md. It should:

• Cover the 6 windows you actually live in (Tracks, Piano Roll, Mixer, Score, Step Sequencer, Smart Tempo)
• Use only content sourced from Apple's official Logic Pro User Guide — cite the URL in the intro paragraph
• Match the structure of Skills/blender-fundamentals/SKILL.md for cadence + section ordering

Why good-first-issue: the format is fully spec'd, the existing skills are reference implementations, and the editorial bar is "is the official Apple doc honest about the feature?" — no programming required.

Expected size: ~250-400 lines of well-structured Markdown, ~6-8 hours of curriculum equivalent.
