gotp fails when being run for the first time in a while

Currently gotp when run infrequently will fail on the first execution with the error:

```
[bharrington@leviathan kubernetes]$ gotp
2017/06/03 10:41:45 S PROGRESS need_entropy X 60 120
```

Subsequent executions (executed immediately) will succeed
```
[bharrington@leviathan kubernetes]$ gotp
gotp_test: 950573
```
