Opening this to track our work on this project (Arpack/eigs + SuiteSparse/solving systems.)

Also FYI, it's possible to bake MKL into a system image.

• Think on the workflow and how to get Adam plugged in.

• Experiment with that guy's MKLbuilder Arpack from the discourse forum (https://discourse.julialang.org/t/note-suggestions-got-arpack-etc-sort-of-working-with-mkl-tested-on-macos/21064)

• Experiment with BinaryBuilder and pointing Arpack at a new set of binaries

• Once this stuff is ironed out, experiment with plugging it into a system image/JupyterHub.

• SuiteSparse: QR. And other functions that aren't in MKLSparse.

• Ditto for the PackageCompiler.
