Lot search not working again

I believe this was an issue before in #109 and was fixed in #110 by using a new geolocator from Sasha. Apparently now its not working again, as in if you search for Lot 12 no suggestions are returned.

I already sent an email to Sasha, but he hasn't responded. There might be a workaround involving querying the layer directly for all lot names.

EDIT: Its working again, so we should try to address why it is unreliable

@UmassGIS Hey Sasha, it seems to be working again now. I couldn't see your screenshot, it doesn't show up in Github or my email. Was it that some service needed to be restarted?
