[WotLK] Quests cannot be completed

• The quest 8945 "Dead Man's Plea" cannot be completed, because the NPC "Ysida" is missing.
• After placing Dawn's Gambit in the "viewing room", nothing happened, thus the quest 4771 "Dawn's Gambit" cannot be completed.
• The Relic Bundle cannot be placed at the Darrowshire town square, so the quest 5721 "The Battle of Darrowshire" cannot be completed.
• After using the Motivate-a-Tron, Gnomes are not Motivated, thus the quest 25229 "A Few Good Gnomes" cannot be completed.
