Description

Create a troubleshooting guide that addresses common issues, subtly positioning enterprise tools as solutions to recurring problems.

Acceptance Criteria

• Create docs/faq/troubleshooting.rst
• Common issues to address:
  • Build performance with many needs
  • Broken links after refactoring
  • Merge conflicts in requirements
  • CI pipeline timeouts
  • External needs sync failures
• For each issue:
  • Manual workaround
  • When it becomes unmanageable
  • Enterprise solution reference
