Add Support for Newer Galaxy Watches Running Wear OS

Description

Newer Samsung Galaxy watches (Galaxy Watch 4 and later) have transitioned from Tizen OS to Wear OS (Google's Android-based smartwatch platform). To continue supporting Samsung's latest watch lineup, Docs View should be ported to Wear OS.

Motivation

• Tizen End-of-Life: Samsung has discontinued Tizen for smartwatches in favor of Wear OS
• Market Shift: New Galaxy watches (Watch 4, Watch 5, Watch 6, Watch 7 series) run Wear OS, not Tizen
• User Base: Current and future Samsung watch users won't be able to use Docs View on their newer devices
• Galaxy Store Sunset: With the Tizen Galaxy Store service ending (limited availability until May/September 2025), a Wear OS version is essential for the app's longevity
