[p]ldata cleanup should give feedback when it is done cleaning up the database.
Describe the solution you'd like
A clear message, doesn't even need details. Just let the user know it's done. Similar to the initialize command.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The only way I know is running [p]ldata backup and seeing if the result is a smaller file.
