LifeCycleProfiles could use pre-computed Gridvals

My CustomModelStats function calls LifeCycleProfile_FHorz_Case1. This in turn calls Create_Gridvals_FnsToEvaluate_FHorz. It would be nice if LifeCycleProfiles could do its computation without re-doing a lot of expensive setup code.
