Split Repository for versioning purposes

Split into 3 separate version-able modules/repositories.

1. Server-Client Communication Protocol / Server HTTP and corresponding Go API
2. Client Go API
3. Server Implementation

May warrant further thought, e.g. explore if gRPC is a better protocol management engine.
