create PXE config with different permissions

tftp isn't allowed to delete the files, they are have 0644 perms by default. tftps runs as tftp/tftp and is part of the marmoset group, so 0664 should be working.

The directory has wrong permissions. 0644 on the file are fine, but the group needs write permission for the directory. Do we want to expect that permissions to be correct or should i implement a chmod?
