Issue with Kannada

There is a small issue with transliterating to Kannada. ITRANS input "tere bina" should transliterate to ತೆರೆ ಬಿನ (तेरे बिन) and not to ತೇರೇ ಬಿನ

I guess the ITRANS here differs from https://www.aczoom.com/itrans/online/ and this library uses t^er^e bina to transliterate correctly and tere bina here is same as tErE bina!!
