add parameter: -u or --unilateral

When called with this parameter, the command should prompt the user for answering two questions:

1.- Which country are you from?

In case the answer is Spain, pushdemont will say "Ok, I'm off to Brussels, bye". In any other case, another question should be prompted:

    2.- Do you have political asylum for me? (Y/N)

For any answer from the user, pushdemont will show "Well... I'll better travel to Brussels. bye"
