Error during tracker execution: Server terminated the session

i want to check static single object tracking on dummy data. But i am getting server terminated error
i am attaching traker.ini and error below please check them once and help me to slove this issue

There was an issue with the vot.py for single-object trackers that is now fixed. Simply download the new vot.py from this repository and close the issue if it works.
