This repo hasn't seen any activity in a long while but there are currently very similar conversations happening within the union. I was wondering if there is a way to access to the original code that was used to process the RTB decisions.
Also, how were the PDFs scraped or accessed? Is there a dump still available so that we can avoid some repeated work?
