Include header in column width

In some cases, I would find it more intuitive if the header width is included in the auto-width calculations executed when doubleclicking the line between two columns. I guess it could be controlled on/off by some property on the column?

Some adjustments are needed in TableViewColumnHeader.OnDoubleTapped.

That sounds like a good idea, and most DataGrids offer this feature. For example, in a WPF DataGrid, setting the column width to Auto adjusts it to fit both the cells and the header, and there are other options available too to make the auto sizing according to cells or header. Maybe we could implement something similar here as well.

After doing a quick test, it seems like this override in TableViewColumnHeader is enough to provide the functionality to include the header. But as you mentioned, it would be good to at least be able to control if sizing to header, cells or both.
