Consistent Imports

Right now we are using a wild mix of relative and absolute imports within the timesead package. We should probably make this consistent.

There seems to be no clear recommendation on whether to use absolute or relative imports by any official python-affiliated sources. Most people think of it as a matter of preference and the general rule of thumb seems to be to use each import type when "appropriate", with a slight bias towards using absolute imports.

My suggestion would be the following:

• Use relative imports for importing modules within the same package or within a subpackage, e.g.,

  from . import <class>
  from .<module> import <class>
  from .<subpackage>.<module> import <class>

• For everything else use absolute imports, i.e.,

  from timesead.utils.utils import ceil_div

  instead of

  from ...utils.utils import ceil_div
