Pressing the Up arrow opens Warp's command history window. The user wants previous commands to be inserted directly in the prompt input (inline history navigation), without a separate history window.

Reproduction steps or desired workflow

1. Focus the prompt input in Warp.
2. Press the Up arrow to navigate command history.
3. Desired: previous command appears inline in the prompt, and additional Up/Down presses continue cycling inline.
4. Not desired: a separate command-history window/popup opening.
