nav menu disappears on refresh

Just a little bug I noticed on the event site, refreshing the page on any part of the site except the root (e.g. on /#where or /#sponsors) causes the nav menu to disappear when you reopen the page "circle". (Not trying to be clever, just thought you might appreciate the feedback.)

Yeah, that be all kinds of funky. There's some kind of weird y offset happening and no scrollbar. New site soon?
