When I have an active source, I can't figure out how to get back to a place where I can create a new one

I try to go back to Home, but it still shows an active source, so if I want to create a new source, where can I do that? I can choose another source, but there isn't an option to create a new one (I want to create one for People for an advisory board list).

Maybe you could add it to the Dropdown where you choose the active source?

Well, I think I found it under Configuration, which I had assumed would only apply to the active source. This could be more explicit for users? thanks.
