Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes. On a dual-monitor setup, when I record my secondary monitor with the webcam
enabled, the live camera preview (the floating webcam bubble I see while
recording) always appears on my primary display. Since I record and look at my
secondary display, I can't see my own camera preview while filming.
Describe the solution you'd like
An option in the camera settings to choose which display the live camera preview
appears on. Alternatively, the preview could simply follow the display that is
currently being recorded.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Setting the secondary monitor as the macOS "main display" (System Settings,
Displays, then dragging the menu bar onto the secondary screen) does move the
preview to that screen. It works, but it rearranges my whole desktop and I have
to switch it back after every recording.
Additional context
This would help creators who record on a secondary screen, which is very common
when filming tutorials and product demos. This might be related to #110 (camera
preview display and positioning), but my request is specifically about display
selection in multi-monitor setups.
