This is not a typed library.

To add it to your dependencies you are just using
npm install --save react-logger-lib

But, I installed via npm install --save react-logger-lib command and run my project.
I guess it needs typying files.

I guess you should remove noImplicitAny compiler option in your tsconfig.json to include libraries without types.
