Ubuntu - Port 80 - Connection Refused #123

Description

@miltonbo

I have a Vagrant VM running, so I can access to different services running in different ports, but I can't use the 80 port, it is not responding anything, so in the console shows conection refused.

I can make a "vagrant ssh" and then wget to the server that is running in the 80 port, so it is responding correctly, but from my primary machine that is Ubuntu, I can't.

I added port forwarding rule:

config.vm.network "forwarded_port", guest: 80, host: 80

Vagrant version: 2.2.5
Ubuntu version: 18.04 LTS
