Schema for minimum and maximum date

Inputs with type=date can specify a min and max date; JSON Schema seemingly has no way to express this:

The value of "minimum" MUST be a number, representing an inclusive lower limit for a numeric instance.

How do we communicate this information to the agent?

In theory, we can transport anything in the description field, but #22 has so far given the author control over this field.

Would it help to append some text (example below) to the user-provided description field?

the "foo" input argument min value is "2026-01-01" and max value is "2026-01-31"

As far as I can tell, that is our only option within standard JSON Schema.

That would mean "sharing" the description with the author, somehow. We'd also have to specify how to produce the description field amendment. That amounts to a micro-format within the description field, which ... isn't great.
