ESLint v10 has been released. Bump the peerDependencies so that this plugin may be used with the new version.

Use this plugin together with ESLint 10.*, if you depend on new features or bug fixes.

Looks like this was done in #295 but that didn't merge until 15 minutes after the most recent release was built. Is there a plan to do a new release that'll include this?
