I had added support for VS2017 sometime ago, but finally decided to pull these changes to my fork.
If you need VS2017 support, you can use my fork: https://github.com/brunoamancio/AttachTo

IMPORTANT
My fork is NOT compatible with previous VS versions, because the whole extension structure has changed on VS2017!

I will NOT send a pull request to this fork because it can be used for older VS versions.

To @whut: Please add a link to my fork in your README file saying it is not backwards compatible.
