Support zstd compression

Please, update it to 1.8.0 and upgrade pecl deps. The new version supports lzma and zstd compression.

I'm working on that now. Note though, that as of PHP 8.0.0 you can use XZ compression (CM_XZ) which should yield similar benefits as LZMA (not sure about compatibility with other ZIP tools).

Oh, this shouldn't have been closed. While lzma compression is (now) supported, zstd is not yet.
