Web installer seems to upload wrong binary for S3 with QSPI psram or no psram

It seems that the web installer does not select the correct firmware file for S3 boards, especially on boards with 8MB /16MB flash and either QSPI ("quad") psram or no psram. Maybe we always try to run the OPI ("octal") firmware on these boards?

As a consequence, WLED still appears to start up, but PSRAM cannot be used (wrong access mode). This can later lead to unexpected "Error 8: Effect RAM depleted".

We already have 2-3 bug reports in wled that seems to be caused by the web installer picking the wrong firmware.bin

• V16 won't run on M5STACK AtomS3 Lite (ESP32S3) with M2 screw hole, 8Mb flash and without PSRAM WLED#5629
• Error 8: Effect RAM depleted on 8MB ESP32-S3 with QSPI PSRAM WLED#5593
• (maybe) WLED-AP does not appear when installing on Arduino Nano ESP32 WLED#5245

I think that the auto bin selection of @netmindz needs some adjustment.

The next release will have bins that have the fix for the broken psram preferred allocation.

Unfortunately the esp-web-tools PR that #81 depends on looks to be going nowhere and Jason thinks is flawed, so unsure how/if we can resolve this automatically.

I'm reluctant to add a memory type drop-down as that doesn't feel something most users will understand, but maybe we have no option?
