Is it possible to customize the smart bar to add existing commands?

For example, add commands of translation extensions.

It is possible to do so.

The customization should provide the following options:

1. A searchable list of commands (required)
2. A searchable list of icons (required)
3. Command placement

I will think how to implement the above when I have time.

Now I can list all commands in VS.

If we are to place a specific command to the SmartBar, there should be an icon for the command.
However, it seems that there is no API to obtain the corresponding icon to a specific command.
There are thousands of icons in VS, it is not so comfortable to find a suitable icon for a command.
