API Gateway Docs - Setup instructions appear before the Quick Start

See screenshot below. The Setup menu is misplaced. The Quick Start doc should come right after the Overview.

The content within the Setup doc is about complicated architectural details of the Gateway. It should be place somewhere towards the bottom of the API Gateway section.
