Compose Containers do not properly link

When using using a local project with libcompose, the orchestration succeeds, but the resulting containers cannot properly see each other.

The following log entries are recorded:

Users who report this problem note that orchestration using command line docker-compose does not exhibit this problem.

As a work-around, use command line docker-compose to orchestrate the project while I try to solve it.

Currently, all reporters of this problem are using docker 1.13

This doesn't happen with docker version 1.12.5, so seems to be an issue with versions >= 1.13

Perhaps I should focus on implementing docker stack as a library, instead of libcompose.

As stack is their new magic tool, they may have stopped putting effort into libcompose. That said, libcompose has had contributions from even a few days ago.

It turns out that we are already pinned to libcompose 0.4.0, so I might try pulling the latest commit, and testing there.

If we have this woking on 1.12.x, I think that is enough for now and we can concentrate on other blockers first. It's ok to require certain version of docker to be used at this point as long as it's easily available for each platform and it's clearly stated and communicated that this is the version required.
If it's not a lot of work the version check could be added to the tool itself for now.

I also get issues with docker 1.13:

ERRO[0020] Failed Starting www : Error response from daemon: oci runtime error: container_linux.go:247: starting container process caused "process_linux.go:334: running prestart hook 0 caused \"fork/exec /usr/bin/dockerd (deleted): no such file or directory\""
