Making a repo from CLI throws misleading error on repo name #31

Description

@erinys

I tried making a new repo without the full xet path, and the error complains that the xet path isn't in the form requested:

However, for repo creation, I don't think you can specify a branch/path -- only top level repos are supported and you would need to run extra commands to create branches. This error on repo make should be explicit about the URL format needed for this command: Invalid Xet URL format: Expecting xet://user/repo/
