claude code is making 8 request premium per time i just say HI and sometime its 5 request. is this because i am using fast and small models too ? its consuming the copilot premium like crazy so now not worth it, matybe you can help me with this?

codex is consumin 1 request per hi! while other tools uses no reques or 1 at the very beginning, am i missing somethin?
