Skip extra byte array copy

Use span for copy instead of byte[], once ClearFoundry/ClearScript#632 is done and published.

with ClearScript 7.5.0 (https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.ClearScript#versions-body-tab), this issue should be able to be resolved.

ClearFoundry/ClearScript#581 can be addressed as well.
