Add a fully functional VM settings option

1. Read the code and documentation carefully.
2. run the code and understand the use case.
3. Create a function that handles the manipulation of the VMs settings.
4. Add the option to def vm_actions(self, vm_name: str):
5. Make sure the code is well documented and follows the ongoing structure.
