Feature - Hotkeys in the Add Topic Window

In the add topic window, there is no way to do actions with the keyboard:

• Close the window pressing ESC.
• Create a topic pressing CTRL+Enter (For the last selected Topic of the left)

Is a minor thing, but will help to make the edition a bit easier.
