Add knowledge base user documentation

This is just the user view of the knowledge base. Configuration is still done via legacy admin interface.

• Add knowledge base creation to auto-wizard/seed files
• Add some content to knowledge base for screenshots
• Check the structure: new/separate section vs. including it somewhere. Probably new section because of the amount of features/expected size in the future.
• Add good base structure and guide for agents
