ZO doesn't remember sites added to conditions

Proxy SwitchyOmega 3 (ZeroOmega) 3.4.5, Chrome (the recent version), Win 11. Tor as a proxy.
I add a certain blocked site in the auto switch conditions, e.g., Facebook (blocked in Russia):
*.facebook.com
*.www.facebook.com

But almost each time I try to load FB, ZO report it as 'failed resources'. I add again and again, but usually it doesn't help.

This problem appeared about 2 months ago. Previously it was enough to add the certain site to the exceptions once everything worked fine.
