could you elaborate on what is unexpected here? this just looks like import folding which was added in #2514

github doesnt seem to show previews of .bmp files so here are the screenshots reuploaded

When expanded, it looks like above. However, considering the red circles, folding it as shown below seems contrary to the author's intent.
Wouldn't it be better not to include line breaks in the folding?

I think @tsokano was asking for the opposite; the "Threaded" import shouldn't be folding "fiber" under it, especially considering there is an empty line between the two statements.

These folding ranges are meant to fold a sequence if imports. Threaded and fiber are therefore folded while ignoring whitespace between them. Not folding a small number of imports should avoid confusing cases like these. See #3161
