(Unconfirmed) SAL Reserve not working for some #913
Description
We currently have two reports of users where the SAL Reserve is not working for them.
One on Steam and One on Discord.

In my Tests I was not able to reproduce it. even with a significant overlap.
Person on Discord can't reproduce on a fresh save, but it appears to only affect a specific one in the error case.
